Following a summer research internship at Pierce Chemical (now a division of Thermo Scientific) in Rockford, IL between her junior and senior years, Ashley was offered a position upon graduation. She is a Manufacturing Chemist 1 in Pierce's Endogen group, which develops ELISA kits.
