Off-campus research opportunities give North Central students a chance to experience life at a major research university, government lab, pharmaceutical company, etc. Options include summer research programs offered by many universities nationwide as well as internships (summer or during the academic year).

Choose from the categories at left to see links to some off-campus research opportunities. There are many programs available both locally and nationally, and this list is merely a sampling. Most are summer opportunities, with deadlines typically in February. Generally, you can use an off-campus research program to fulfill your research requirement, but double check with your advisor.
