Faculty | John Madormo

John Madormo, Assistant Professor of Broadcast Communication, has taught at North Central College for more than 30 years. He is also the General Manager of NCC's award-winning radio station, WONC. John teaches classes in the Broadcast Communication, Journalism, and IMS disciplines. He is a two-time recipient of the coveted Dissinger Award. He also has sold a screenplay to a Hollywood producer, and recently signed a contract for a two-book deal with Penguin Books for Young Readers for a pair of middle-grade novels.
