Membership in the Société Rencesvals is open to all persons interested in the medieval Romance epic.
  Activities
 
The organization's main activities are international congresses, branch meetings, and the publication of bibliographical materials. The American-Canadian Branch of the Société publishes Olifant, a journal dedicated to the Romance epic, and distributes an annual Bulletin Bibliographique from the International Organization.
